("aTyr"), today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 6,164,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $14.00 per share, before underwriting discounts, including 804,000 shares of common stock issued upon the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares. aTyr's common stock is listed on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "LIFE."
